नागपूर (Napur): नागपुरातील कॅन्सर वॉरिअर (Cancer Warrior), प्रसिद्ध शेफ नीता अंजनकर यांच्या नेतृत्वात 1 हजार किलो आंबील (ambil) बनविण्याचा विश्वविक्रमी उपक्रम रविवार, २८ एप्रिल २०२४ रोजी सकाळी ८ वाजता संचेती ज्युनिअर कॉलेज, साईबाबा मंदिरासमोरील भागात, वर्धा रोड, नागपूर येथे आयोजित होत आहे. हा विश्वविक्रमी उपक्रम शंखनाद न्यूज चॅनलच्या वतीने आयोजित करण्यात आला आहे. या उपक्रमासोबतच शनिवारी,२७ एप्रिल रोजी एका पाककला स्पर्धेचे देखील आयोजन होऊ घातले आहे.
ही स्पर्धा कर्करोगाविरूद्ध लढा देणाऱ्या लोकांना प्रेरणा देण्यासाठी आणि त्यांच्या साहसी कार्याचा सन्मान करण्यासाठी आयोजित केली जात आहे. तसेच यंदाचे वर्ष सुरक्षित, शाश्वत आणि निरोगी भविष्यासाठी भरडधान्य वर्ष म्हणून घोषित केले आहे. त्यासंदर्भात जागृती करण्यासाठी ही स्पर्धा आणि विश्वविक्रमी (World Record Attempt) उपक्रम होत आहे.
दोन दिवस होणाऱ्या या उपक्रमात पहिल्या दिवशी 27 एप्रिल रोजी Cooking Competition पाककला स्पर्धा होईल. यामध्ये सहभागी स्पर्धक आपापल्या घरून आपल्या आवडीची एक पाककृती तयार करून स्पर्धेत सादर करतील. यात उत्कृष्ट ठरणाऱ्या पाककृतींना आकर्षक बक्षीस आणि भेटवस्तू देऊन गौरव करण्यात येणार आहे.
दुसऱ्या दिवशी रविवार दिनांक 28 एप्रिल रोजी ‘कॅन्सर वॉरिअर’ शेफ नीता अंजनकर 1 हजार किलो आंबील तयार करण्याचा आगळावेगळा विक्रम करण्याचा प्रयत्न करणार आहेत. ही आंबील ही एक अद्भुत पाककलाकृती ठरणार आहे आणि ती निश्चितच नागपूरकरांच्या आकर्षणाचा केंद्रबिंदू बनेल. या उपक्रमाद्वारे शेफ नीता अंजनकर यांच्या पाककला कौशल्याची आणि सर्जनशीलतेची झलक पाहायला मिळेल. रविवार, २८ एप्रिल २०२४ रोजी सकाळी ११ वाजता संचेती ज्युनिअर कॉलेजमध्ये आयोजित समारंभात हजार किलोच्या आंबीलीचे वितरण आणि पाककला स्पर्धेचे बक्षीस वितरण सोहळा पार पडणार आहे. नागपूरकर नागरिकांनी या अद्भुत कार्यक्रमात सहभागी होऊन पाककलाकृतीचा आनंद घेण्याचे आवाहन शंखनाद न्यूज आणि महाराष्ट्र टेलीकम्युनिकेशन्सच्या संचालक मंडळांने केले आहे.

Cancer Warrior Chef Neeta Anjankar to Create a Record!

Nagpur (Maharashtra): Under the leadership of Nagpur-based cancer warrior and renowned chef Neeta Anjankar, a world record attempt to make 1000 kg of ‘ambil’ is being organized on Sunday, April 28, 2024, at 8 am at Sancheti Junior College, Sai Baba Mandir Samorichi Bhag, Wardha Road, Nagpur. This world record attempt is being organized by Shankhnaad News Channel. Along with this event, a cooking competition will also be organized on Saturday, April 27th.
This competition is being organized to inspire people fighting against cancer and to honor their courageous efforts. In addition, the current year has been declared as the Year of Millets for a Safe, Sustainable and Healthy Future. This competition and world record attempt are being held to create awareness about this.
In the two-day event, the cooking competition will be held on the first day, April 27th. In this, the participating contestants will prepare a dish of their choice from their homes and present it in the competition. The best dishes will be honored with attractive prizes and gifts.
On the second day, Sunday, April 28th, ‘Cancer Warrior’ Chef Neeta Anjankar will attempt a unique record of making 1000 kg of ‘ambil’. This ‘ambil’ will be an amazing culinary creation and is sure to be a center of attraction for the people of Nagpur. Through this event, a glimpse of Chef Neeta Anjankar’s culinary skills and creativity will be seen.
A ceremony to distribute the 1000 kg ‘ambil’ and the prizes of the cooking competition will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2024, at 11 am at Sancheti Junior College.
